Summertime in the Alps is probably one of France’s best kept secrets. During the winter the huge expanse of snow covered mountains attracts thrill seekers in their thousands, yet in the summer months, as the scenery and the activities become more breathtaking and varied, the number of visitors to the Méribel Valley declines dramatically. An Alpine summer holiday can be as peaceful and relaxing or as action packed as you want to make it. We can offer you the perfect base from which to explore this wonderul area and , as year round residents of the region, we will be able to provide as much or as little assistance as you require. During the summer months we run the chalet and the adjacent chalet (which also sleeps twelve) on a self-catering basis. We have beds made up on your arrival and provide a welcome pack of essentials, tea, coffee,bread, milk ect. We are also able to provide advice and help with booking activities and other services such as cooking babysitting and shopping (to be paid for separately) if required. Prices for the summer period vary between £350 and £600 per week, on a self-catering basis, depending on dates.. |

140,000 acres of National park, walking and hiking for all abilities
is an obvious pastime.The varied scenery encompasses mountain peaks,
glaciers, cliffs, ridges, Alpine meadows, gorges, waterfall, lakes
and forests and provides a unique and proteced enviroment for all
the animals and plants native to the region.
